Please arrive 10mins prior to appointment to register and relax. Late arrivals will experience a shortened treatment time and unfortunately will incur full cost of treatment booked. Upon arrival, please turn phone to silent. Please notify staff of any allergies, medications, or if you are pregnant or under the supervision of a doctor.
Cancellation Policy
As a small business, we appreciate your co-operation by giving 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. We reserve the right to retain a booking fee in the instance of cancellations or rescheduling of appointments without 24 hours notice.
