Please arrive 10mins prior to appointment to register and relax. Late arrivals will experience a shortened treatment time and unfortunately will incur full cost of treatment booked. Leave all valuables at home. Upon arrival, please turn phone to silent. Please notify staff of any allergies, medications, or if you are pregnant or under the supervision of a doctor.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your co-operation by giving 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointment. A cancellation fee of full or partial charge will incur if notice is not given.
