At Olli Skin we understand that circumstances change, and if you cannot make your appointment we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Please read our cancellation policy before booking your appointment.

Please arrive 10mins prior to appointment to register and relax. Late arrivals will experience a shortened treatment time and unfortunately will incur full cost of treatment booked. Leave all valuables at home. Upon arrival, please turn phone to silent. Please notify staff of any allergies, medications, or if you are pregnant or under the supervision of a doctor.
